Karen joined Marsh House in 1996 as nurse, Karen found this job very interesting and rewarding working with children and adults and seeing them start and finish their orthodontic treatments and the difference it made to their lives.
After 8 years on the clinic floor Karen made the move to the reception desk at Marsh House and took on the role of front desk administrator where Karen deals with queries, appointments, phone calls, assisting the orthodontist’s with the day to day running of their diaries.
Since 2012 Karen has come part of the management team, assisting the Practice Manager in any way she can to make the practice run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Karen says she has seen lots of changes in her time at Marsh House; she still enjoys coming to work each day and looks forward to many more years to come.
